    On setup day (up to 2 hours on-site), we style the room using meaningful pieces you already own. We’ll hang special photos or works of art, organize key surfaces and drawers, and create a warm, polished environment where every detail feels intentional. Beds are made. Lamps are lit. Comfort is restored.

    You’ll receive a curated shopping list or local sourcing plan, and we’ll coordinate deliveries from up to three vendors to ensure everything arrives smoothly. On setup day (typically 4–5 hours on-site), we organize and gently declutter as needed, then bring the room together with elegant finishing touches—like fresh flowers, light refreshments, and our calming signature scent.

Whether you’re preparing for your own next chapter or supporting a loved one from near or far, we handle the details with care, discretion, and grace.

    We begin with a custom design plan and mood board, tailored to lifestyle, comfort, and personal style. From there, we source and coordinate furnishings and accessories (with your approval and purchase), manage vendor and delivery timelines, and work directly with facility staff to ensure safety standards and meaningful touches are beautifully aligned.

    Our team provides 1–2 days of on-site setup (up to 8 hours total), including unpacking, styling, and personalization. We're also available for a move-in day welcome or a final handoff—whichever brings the most peace of mind.
